For domestic deliveries (Germany), you can choose from the following forms of payment: 

• payment in advance by bank transfer
• payment by direct debit
• payment by credit card
• payment by PayPal

For international deliveries, you can choose from the following forms of payment:

Payment in advance by bank transfer:
Your order will be reserved from now on for 10 working days. After an expired payment period, we can no longer guarantee the reservation of the order. Since you have chosen to pay in advance, we kindly ask you to transfer the total amount within 10 working days to the bank account stated in your order confirmation.

Payment by direct debit:
The total amount will be deducted from your account earliest 5 days after you have placed the order.

Payment by credit card:
The total amount will be deducted immediately from your account after you have placed the order.

Payment by PayPal:
The total amount will be deducted immediately from your account after you have placed the order.

We deliver free of charge within Germany for all orders except C3 spray
Orders including only C3 spray will be charged with 5,95€ 


Returns
We will pay the cost if you wish to return any items! 

• Thanks to the prepaid returns label, returning any WERNER CHRIST product is swift and simple.
• The label and a returns form are enclosed with orders within Germany when they are dispatched.
• Please return the item to us within 14 days of receipt.
• We would ask you to contact us first on +49 (0) 67451810 if you wish to return any items from outside of Germany. We will be happy to send you a return label.

What happens to my voucher in the event of a return?
If you used a voucher for your order that can only be used once, it will be used up by this order. The voucher value will not be paid out for returned items and no new voucher will automatically be booked in as a replacement.
By using a voucher, the amounts of the individual products have been reduced, so that with the refund you will also only receive the amount resulting from the product price minus a proportional voucher value. We ask for your understanding that the voucher values expire with the return.
